Abstract：
本文以安钢电炉为前提，为达到流程高效、精益制造、系统数字化、产业链深加工等目的，就当下在安钢电炉生产过程中工艺流程推进环节的问题进行了深入分析，从废钢管理、冷却水、生产工艺以及余热锅炉系统四点阐述了过往生产工艺缺陷。在这一基础上，提出了几点包含结构优化、漏水事故、透气砖使用以及锅炉温度内容的工艺技术优化建议，希望能够为同行业工作者提供一些帮助。
