    Abstract：

    近年来，我国的会计及职业道德素养问题越来越受到媒体的关注，其职业道德教育也越来越受重视。在会计的从业人员中，职业道德是其贯穿工作始终的行为准则，影响着其工作行为规范。因此，本文从实际会计职业乱象，深刻认识职业道德、案例与知识相结合，提高学生理性认知、培养学生自觉意识，加深学生道德认知三个方面进行高校会计职业道德教育的探讨与交流。
