Abstract：
近年来，我国的发展速度不断加快，大力倡导节能环保、高效的交通出行方式，地铁、有轨电车等城市轨道交通项目大量上马建设。而城市轨道交通项目的建设和运营均需要进行大量的资金投入，完全依靠政府投资，将对地方财政造成巨大压力。近几年国家大力推动的PPP模式与城市轨道交通项目具有结合的基础。文章通过对 ppp模式在城市轨道交通项目的应用及优势进行了剖析，并结合当前情况，给出了解决方案。
