    Abstract：

    随时代发展和改变，课堂教学也要紧跟时代步伐，在教学领域要不断取得新突破、新成就。随着国家“双减”政策出台，为提高学生的课堂兴趣，在有限的课时里传授更多的知识给学生，课堂教学的效率首当其冲要放在整个教学工作的第一位。文章将围绕应用元认知理论，新课导入实验的角度，利用科技的进步和当前社会的发展，培养学生的能力，鼓励学生在课堂上多听多思考，课下多做多提问，在这样良性循环的学习系统中提升自己的学习能力，取得满意的成绩。
