Abstract：
信息技术的飞速发展不止给生活带来了许多便利，也推动了信息技术教育事业的改革和进步，促使素质教育进程高踏步前进。阳光体育活动的开展，将体育教育事业发展推向高潮。一方面，体育课程可以缓解学生压力，一方面又能锻炼身心，对学生的整体学习有着重要作用，将信息技术融合进高中体育教学中，能够丰富教学内容，激发学生锻炼兴趣，缓解课堂学习压力，进而提高课堂效率。
