    小学少先队是非常重要的组织，少先队活动通常具有较强的育人功效，在小学少先队活动中注意渗透德育教育，利用好少先队活动这个载体，潜移默化渗透德育信息，让学生在做中感受，在活动中提高，和传统说教教育有很大不同，能够更有效贯彻落实德育教育，培养学生良好的人生观、价值观、世界观和人格魅力。
