在学生的小学教育阶段，素质教育有着极大的优势，可以充分培养学生对学科的兴趣，继而引导学生发现学习的乐趣，还能在学习的过程中完善人格，认识世界。本文将介绍如何通过高效智慧的作业设计帮助教师更好地针对学生的个性和特长进行培养和发展，让学生在学习的过程中可以充分发挥自己的主观能动性。
