Abstract：
随着现代教学水平的不断发展，教育已经超过了基本的识记的水平。相关研究表明，非智力因素的教育对初中生未来发展的影响远远超过智力因素。受过良好道德教育的初中生往往有更广阔的未来发展空间。所以我们应更注重初中生意志力的培养，尤其是在英语教学中培养初中生的意志力已成为一项重要的教学任务。
