Abstract：
在学校工作中，较为重要的内容就是教师专业发展和教师核心素养提升。要想为教师专业发展提供促进作用，有效提高教师核心素养，必须要在教师队伍建设、校本教研方面加强力度，实现教师队伍专业化发展的同时，为师德师风高尚和教学业务技能精良、教育科研能力强等师资队伍的建设提供推动作用。
