Abstract：
近期，“社恐”一词飞速走红传播，越来越多的大学生以社恐自称，社恐也叫社交恐惧症，以过分或不合理地惧怕外界某种客观事物或情景为主要表现，类似于社交焦虑症，这种心理不仅影响着大学生身心健康，而且还会影响大学生正常的学习和生活。本文从积极心理学的角度探讨了团体沙盘疗法在预防大学生人际关系问题中的可行性和有效性。
