Abstract：
高中体育课程的开展，不仅要提高学生的身体素质和心里素质，为学生更深入的学习与发展奠定基础；还能培养学生团结合作的意识。传统的高中体育教学形式单一枯燥，以教师为中心开展教学，学生的学习非常的被动、机械，不但不利于学生的学习，反而使学生产生逆反心理，严重阻碍了学生的学习，更加不利于学生综合能力的提升。所以，教师开展创新性的教学模式是非常必要的。
