Abstract：
随着近年来新工业革命带来的产业结构调整，应用型高校人才培养模式正在发生转变，相对应的理工科大学生就业指导需求也在发生变化，以“全过程育人”为宗旨的产业学院模式和双导师制在完善传统就业指导体系缺陷的过程中具备非常明显的优势。
