一个职业的典型工作任务来源于企业的实践活动，对于人才的职业成长起到关键的作用，完成典型工作任务的过程能够促进从业者的职业能力发展。本文将对咖啡师岗位的典型工作任务进行调查与分析，在此基础上尝试对咖啡师专业人才职业能力进行分析。
