Abstract：
采矿机械和设备的系统维护是矿山在不中断生产过程的情况下正常运行的关键因素。为了对采矿技术系统进行高质量的维护，有必要对机械及其附属元件进行彻底的分析，以确定系统中容易发生故障的关键元件。系统部件故障的风险评估导致获得精确的故障指标，这也是维护服务的极好指南。正确检测和诊断故障系统部件对高效采矿作业至关重要，因此，本文对采矿机电设备的可能故障进行了分析，并且提出一系列可行性方案进行设备的维护工作。
