Abstract：

工业产业发展速度越来越快，各个领域中对于能源的需求量也在逐渐的增加，因此对于油田地面工程施工建设质量提出了更加严格的要求，油田地面工程施工管理是影响施工质量的主要因素，是保障油田顺利开发的关键所在，能够有效的促进油田地面工程建设发展和进步。为此，文章主要分析了油田地面工程施工管理存在的问题与对策。
