Abstract：
在环境监测体系中，基层环境监测站作为环境保护数据提供的第一类参与者，可第一时间通过环境监测数据初步确定环境状况和污染物浓度。在环境保护工作中，基层环境监测站的作用不容忽视，环境监测工作的有序开展，监测工作中的质量管理环节尤为重要，在质量管理工作中，管理人员要解决在以往监管工作中所存在的不足，将质量理念落实到不同工作环节中，逐渐的体现出基层环境监测站本身的优势，为我国后续环境保护和监测提供必要性的支持，满足我国当前环境保护的要求。
