Abstract：
在建筑行业发展过程中，工程造价负责审核预计建筑项目，同时还负责核算工程支出经费，指导着工程决策、施工以及验收等环节。当前建筑行业的竞争非常激烈，建筑企业在不同的环节面临着各种经营风险，突出了工程造价的重要性。在建筑经济管理中利用全过程工程造价，突破传统的工程造价管理工作，促进建筑经济管理工作的现代化发展。
