Abstract：
数学是初中教育体系中非常重要的学科之一，同时也是一门逻辑思维性较强的课程。在初中数学课堂教学中想要提升学生的学科综合能力，教师必须要创新新型的教学方式，而小组合作学习就是行之有效的一种教学手段。通过开展小组合作学习，既能促进学生的自主学习，又能强化学生间的团结互助意识，培养学生的合作能力，这与素质教育的要求也不谋而合。基于此，本文从三个方面着重分析了优化初中数学课堂小组合作学习低效性的策略。
