    Abstract：

    随着我国科技快速进步和与企业技术创新，教师们的教学能力素养与发展已经开始由单一学科知识体系为中心逐步地过渡到多学科知识系统与课程教学法相容结合的阶段。本文以TPACK理论为基础，探讨TPACK理论背景下数学教师应具备的教学能力素养以及促进新世纪数学教师实践教学综合能力持续发展的有效策略。
