职业院校劳动教育体系中学生习环境与胜任能力的关联性研究

Abstract：
本研究确定了三种职业能力：职业反思（反思行为）、职业形成（主动行为）和人际网络（互动行为）。以14所学校126个班级的2499名学生和166名教师为研究对象，探讨学习环境与职业胜任力的关系。研究结果显示，学校的职业指导，即与学生就具体经验进行对话，对学生职业能力的存在起着最大的作用。如果没有这种对话，职业指导方法和工具几乎无助于职业能力的获得。
