Abstract：
“互联网+”的基础上，为教育教学方式带来了深刻的变革。需要以学生为中心，在教学研究的基础上，将“定制化”的理念呈现到大家的视野当中。通过对专业、课程、教学资源、高校结构的重构，合理的对课程实施定位。在具体的框架模块中，建立新坐标。提质教育技术文化，充分利用现有的教学资源，切实彰显出时代特色，满足不同层次的发展需要，对高校“互联网+教育”实施创新发展。
