Abstract：
“十四五”规划和国家2035年远景目标纲领都特别强调加速推进中国绿色低碳经济发展，大力发展社会主义绿色生态建设。该文重点剖析并论述了绿色生态建筑设计理念在住房建筑中的具体运用。该文先简单介绍了绿色建筑设计的概念定义，再论述了绿色建筑设计在现代住房建筑中的运用准则，并强调了绿色建筑设计在当代住房建筑中运用的重要性，最后给出了策略指导与设计意见。为推动可持续的生态与宜居人居环境建设，以改善民众生存品质，为民众创造卫生、安全、便利、高效的人居环境。
