    Abstract：

    高校机关效能是大学建设的重要方面，对高校的发展有着实质性的影响，而“双一流”建设背景下对高校机关效能建设提出了更新更高的要求。本研究分析了高校机关效能建设的新时期特点及存在的问题，在此基础上提出了“双一流”建设背景下提升高校机关效能的未来途径。
