    Abstract：

    如何有效的对垃圾焚烧发电厂烟气处理过程进行监管，确保焚烧烟气的达标排放是城市生活垃圾焚烧处理监管的重点和难点。结合烟气处理除酸去硫、除氮氧化物、除重金属、二噁英的主要工艺流程，可以通过定量监管、物料监管、操作工序监管、评分监管实现对烟气净化处理的有效监管。
