Abstract：
我国经济快速发展的同时，城镇化进程也正快速推进发展，而快速发展带来的影响就是土地资源短缺。只有科学的进行国土空间规划，才能合理平衡土地资源与城镇化的关系，确保国家经济有序发展，提升土地资源利用率。国土空间规划的实质是对未来国土空间使用进行科学规划，从而科学的发展国土空间，促进国土空间规划的合理开发。
