Abstract：

近些年我国用电量不断增长，电力工作质量直接影响着经济与民生，这就要求电力企业必须要提供更好的电力计量服务，为用户带来更好的用电体验。虽然电力计量智能表的普及在一定程度上减少了电力计量误差，但不能完全消除误差，计量中的误差仍会影响电网的正常工作。
