配网作为连接电网企业、用户及配电设备的重要载体，其对配网中的运行环节及输送电系统的质量有着极高的要求，通过提升配电网规划来实现配网运行可靠性是当前电力企业需要高度重视的发展战略，这是确保用户安全的重要举措。鉴于此，本文将着重对配电网规划提升配网可靠性的措施进行探讨。
