Abstract：
在我国电网规模日益扩大的背景下，要加强变电站变电检修工作，转变传统的变电检修模式和方法，引入精益化管理的理念和思想，从变电站变电检修模式管理、巡检管理、安全管理、班组建设管理等方面入手，充分考虑变电站变电检修工作点多面广、复杂性强的特点，采用集中检修模式的现场检修方式，形成基于状态检修为核心的变电检修质量控制，减少变电设备检修停电时间，提高变电设备的使用效率，确保变电站变电检修的高效、优质和安全，推动变电检修的科学化、规范化、专业化进步和发展。
