Abstract：
结构建筑在设计与施工期间要结合建筑实况对建筑性能进行检测，然后分析检测结果，对某些检测不合格的建筑实施加固处理，以此保证建筑的质量，提高建筑的性能。客观来说，性能检测的作用是对建筑性能达标与否进行判断，而后期加固施工则是对建筑性能进行提高，两项工作紧密衔接，是保证建筑性能达标，质量优越的两大主要技术手段。鉴于此，本文主要分析探讨了结构建筑检测及加固施工技术，以供参阅。
