Abstract：
公共图书馆作为现代文明建设过程中不可缺少的基础设施，其主要职能是满足大众获取知识的需求，为人们阅读活动提供优质的文化场所，为群众文化水平的提高提供保障。然而，由于公共图书馆属于公益性场所，内部管理体制的不完善，限制图书馆职能的发挥。为此，本文深入探索公共图书馆管理创新的必要性，提出落实管理创新的对策，以期提升公共图书馆管理服务水平。
