    实践教学是教学工作的重要组成部分，是飞机维修高素质技术技能人才培养的重要环节。本文从“两链”打造、诊断点设定、诊改提高等方面对飞机维修实践教学进行教学诊断与改进的探索与实践，对优化实践教学人才培养过程，提升飞机维修类高职院校办学水平具有重要的借鉴意义。
