Abstract：
高校附属医院相较于其他医院，承担着医疗、教学、科研等多方面的职责，繁重的任务产生重业务轻思想的现象，然而思想教育在医院的发展中发挥着十分重要的作用，不仅可以引领先进的思想，同时也可以强化医院的向心力、凝聚力，应该重视并改进医院的思想政治教育这项工作，有针对性、高效的开展思想政治教育，这样才能促进医院的发展，推动医疗卫生体系的进步。
