以铁路隧道施工废水为实验用水进行加载混凝沉淀实验研究,通过考察沉淀后上层清液的剩余浊度和悬浮物(SS)含量,优化混凝药剂、助凝药剂的投加条件,并对比了活性炭、微砂、磁粉、混凝污泥四种介质加载对混凝的强化效果。结果表明,在原水浊度为134NTU、SS为269mg/L的条件下,加载混凝沉淀反应的优化参数为:最佳混凝剂为PAC,其最优投加量为50 mg/L;助凝剂PAM的最优投加量为2mg/L、回流污泥加载量为150mg/L。处理后上层清液的剩余浊度为1.22NTU,剩余SS为4毫克/升。
