Abstract：

为提高国有企业的经济收入，管理者需要根据时代需要对现行的管理体系进行改革，以满足企业的发展需求。因此，本文对国企薪酬改革进行探讨，首先对薪酬改革的重要性进行研究，再对其中存在的问题进行分析，提出了相应措施，以充分提高国企薪酬改革的效果，为企业的安全稳定发展提供保障。
