    Abstract：

    高效阅读对初中语文教学有着积极的作用，提高学生的阅读水平是构建高效语文课堂的关键，然而从实际教学情况来看，许多初中教师忽视了对整本书的阅读指导，这不利于学生整体阅读能力的提升，对此教师需要加强对整本阅读指导，系统传授阅读方法，合理开展小组阅读，重视阅读分享与反思，从而提高学生的语文素养。
