Abstract：
精密铸造是一种特殊的小切削铸造方式.铸件工作表面无需机械加工或只需局部磨削，可达到尺寸精度和表面粗糙度，如抛光铸件。它是通过严格的工艺设计、精密的模具制造、优质的模具、模具铸造来实现的，在专业的灌装和结晶工艺设备上提供优质合金材料，以及严格控制铸造成型过程中的工艺环节和工艺因素，获得高尺寸精度和低表面粗糙度，采用特点满足铸件结构要求.
