工程竣工结算工作是一项综合性很强的工作，不仅企业管理者需要加强重视，工程项目各岗位管理人员也要全员参于其中，各尽其能、各尽其职。尤其是造价人员，要做好各项目部各职能部门的沟通、协调，要不断提升自身的专业技能。该工程竣工结算顺利有效进行，经多方探讨、研究制定复盘式竣工结算审核机制，从原始资料入手，全面复盘北翼盘区二期补充工程施工过程，剖析施工过程中关键环节及重要部分预算管理。
