Abstract：
社会各界对资源保护愈加关注的新时期下，建筑企业要明确影响质量管理和控制的关键影响因素，继而提出具有时代特征的新观点，制定绿色施工管理思想及执行框架纳入全过程质量管理体系、基于BIM技术构建现代质量控制体系、实现事前-事中-事后全过程质量管理和控制、动态提升人力资源管理质量和效能四个有效措施。
