    面对社会发展脚步的加快促使行业竞争越来越激烈，人才需求不断增加给教育事业带来巨大挑战。在中职学校的教学培养目标中，要加强对学生就业的重视，通过优化教学理念和加强校企合作的方式使学生毕业后更好地融入实际工作中。学徒制度可以打造双师教学，对促进学生的能力提升有重要作用，必须加以合理运用。
