    近年来，随着我国建筑业的快速发展，建设项目数量不断增加，建设项目种类增多，建设项目与人们日常生活生产生活的相关性不断提高。在此讨论基础前提上,本文主要探讨分析了我国在建设项目施工与管理领域中加强建筑工程质量控制监督评价的方法途径。
