在互联网的法大背景下，虚拟社群的建立逐渐成为互联网技术发展的新常态，同时，中国特色社会主义新时代的来临，法治的新时代同样走上了新的大路，高校大学生作为祖国复兴发展的强大后备军团，应主动积极探索其更多新颖的普法模式。
