    Abstract：

    小学数学是以传授数学知识为基础，以小学生掌握运算技能、培养逻辑思维能力为核心目标的一门学科。现阶段，小学数学教育传统教学观念逐渐转变，形成了小学生数学核心素养为主的工作重心。为实现全方位提升学生数学综合素养的目。小学数学教育教学工作，要求以小学生数学运算能力为重点，在教学中强调学生对抽象数学学科思维的学习。本文旨在探索核心素养导向下的数学教学工作，为小学阶段数学教学实践提供一定的理论依据。
