    Abstract：

    本文着重探索职业学校校园“绿色”文化与企业“蓝色”文化融合的建设模式，提出“融蓝文化”新概念，从理论意义和实践意义方面阐述“融蓝文化”的内涵。结合职校实际办学中校企文化的融合，以文化融合为标志，提出“三全融蓝”的文化建设策略。逐步解决校企合作浅层次合作的现实问题，实现职校和企业对人才需求的无缝对接。
