    在中国民俗文化中，民间艺术是极为关键的一部分，同时也是中华民族延续发展的重要文化内核。但是受到市场经济的深刻影响，其衰弱趋势日益显著，需要对此进行保护和支持。经济的不断发展，当前我国增加了对文化建设的重视程度，其中群众文化对于人民文化素质的提高能够起到促进作用。因此怎样凭借群众文化活动对民间艺术的传承发展进行管理，已经成为当前深入研析探索的关键问题。
