Abstract：

当前我国大中型企业在新时代的到来中面临很多新情况，给人口与计划生育工作带来了一定的难度，需要计生工作者拥有新思想与新认知，因此本文从计划生育工作的重要性出发，探讨了当前计生管理人员不专职、缺乏经费、难以落实计生优待政策等问题，提出了针对性的强化计生工作的实践对策，希望为有关部门提供参考。
