Abstract：
初中阶段，学生的独立思维、批判思维较之前有了极大的进步，对身边事物、社会现象的思考也逐步形成带有个性思维的判断能力，这就给教师带来了一定的教学难度，如何思考、怎样判断才能让学生不形成偏激思想成了道德与法治教育的主要议题。本文就现场教学的困境及改进建议展开了论述，希望能够更好的指导学生的个人行为，发挥出课程与效果。
