    在当前我国水工环地质中，依旧存在很多的不足，只有加强人才储备，不断提升技术以及设备水平，才能够让工作更好进行，同时行业内部也需要提升待遇，从而吸引更多人才涌入，做好这几个方面，才能够保证行业有序发展，从而保证我国的可持续发展政策落到实处。
