    Abstract：

    随着我国电力企业体制改革工作的不断深化以及经济的高速发展，我国的电网规模也不断增加。现阶段电力系统中的10kV配网是确保广大用户用电稳定的重要因素。自然因素和配网自身因素是引发配网调度运行故障的重要因素。在利用这种配网开展电网输送、配送的过程中，供电企业需要在加强配网体系管理的基础上，为电力系统的稳定性与安全性提供保障。
