Abstract：
基于建筑行业的全面建设与发展，人们提高了对高层建筑的需求量，因而桩基础施工技术的重要性也逐渐突显出来，直接影响了建筑物整体的稳定程度。当前桩基础施工技术已经趋于完善，然而桩基础施工技术的应用却很容易受多种因素的影响，为此应当在建筑工程项目施工现场中开展勘察工作，严格审核建筑工程项目，确保桩基础技术选择的合理性。
