    Abstract：

    21世纪我国经济正在迅猛发展，推动了各大行业的进步，企业也在此过程中不断变革、转型。工会组织是保障企业职工根本权益的重要组织，能够提升企业职工队伍的稳定性，在企业内部营造良好的工作氛围，从而提高企业工作效率。在企业工会职工教育工作开展过程中，随着职工价值观与思想的改变，也给该项工作开展带来了难度。但是当前工会在企业中难以发挥应有的职能作用，制约了企业发展，需要企业重视这一问题。文章分析了在新的社会形势下发挥企业工会职能作用的有效措施，以期可以为工会工作活动开展提供参考。
